The St. Petersburg campus is located on the beautiful harbor of Bayboro, in the heart of St. Petersburg's vibrant Innovation District and within walking distance of cultural attractions, restaurants and music venues.
New and exciting dining and living options
In July 2020, a new 375-bed dormitory with full catering service opened, increasing the number of on-campus accommodations by nearly 70%.

Your average day at USF is anything but average. Across our three campuses, enjoy more than 1,000 on-campus events each year, from celebrity concerts and speaking engagements to films and art exhibitions. All USF students also receive free entry to 18 college sports for men and women, including soccer.

Choose your perfect home away from home
USF offers traditional, suite, and condo-style accommodations on the Tampa campus. Students who wish to join a fraternity or sorority can live in the Greek Village. Finally, we offer 12 live study communities where you can choose to live with students who have similar academic, professional and social interests.
We nourish mind and body
The Tampa campus offers more than 30 on-campus dining options, ranging from traditional restaurants and sidewalk cafes to national favorites including Chick-fil-A, multiple Starbucks locations, Panera Bread, Moe's Southwest Grill and more. We offer convenient meal plans for all appetites. Can't find something you like? We have a Publix supermarket on campus!

Living on campus is a suite situation
Housing options on the St. Petersburg campus consist of three suite-style buildings: Pelican Apartment, Ibis Hall and Osprey Suites, which have their own dining room and shared kitchen. Shared apartment programs in each residence allow you to live with students who share similar majors, interests or identities.
Food according to your wishes
Do you have an allergy? The Allergen Solutions station in our dining room offers a special selection of ingredients that are free from common food allergens. There is also a special diet/food allergy form designed for people with food allergies or restrictions.
Other dining options include The Reef, The Coral Café and The Bull Market Café. The meal plan includes Meal Swipes and Dining Dollars built right into your USF ID, simplifying the financial end of the process.

Comfortable off-campus living options
We work with off-campus housing providers to provide convenient housing options for incoming students. Housing providers are selected to participate in our affiliated housing program based on their ability to provide safe housing close to campus.

The College of Hospitality & Tourism Leadership is home to our on-campus restaurant, The Café. In between classes, you can recharge with a refreshing drink, snack or favorite meal. Nearby is our Culinary Innovation Lab, a state-of-the-art teaching facility for hospitality management program students and a venue for significant public and private events.

USF SCHOLARSHIP OPTIONS
Admission Scholarships
When applying for admission through the designatedconcession period, the Admissions Office will AUTOMATICALLY consider you for merit-based admission scholarships ranging from $8,000 to $16,000 for domestic students and $4,000 to $44,000 for out-of-state students. You don't need to do anything else to qualify.
